About Jackson Morrill
Jackson Morrill counsels clients on matters related to bilateral, regional and global environmental agreements and on domestic regulatory and compliance issues in Canada, the United States and Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, Jackson was an environmental legal specialist at The World Bank in the Latin America, Caribbean, Middle East, and North Africa regions.
While at The World Bank, he worked on a wide range of projects, prepared several studies, and served as legal counsel in an Inspection Panel case. Jackson received his law degree from Tulane Law School (J.D., cum laude, environmental law certificate, 2001) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (B.A., high distinction, 1996) with a double major in history and Latin American Studies.
