Restricted Substances Overview

Overall it's been a slow year for state materials legislation. Most states are now out of session but New York and Massachusetts, among others, continue to introduce new materials legislation. Many "chemicals in children's products" bills are being introduced and with TSCA reform looming in the Federal Congress, it looks like many more of these types of bills will be introduced in an attempt to push Congress to act.
