Product Take-Back

June was an active month for electronics recycling legislation.  The Rhode Island and North Carolina legislatures passed amendments to their existing laws and New York passed a law pre-empting the requirements in New York City.  Most legislatures have recessed for the summer and only a few will come back into session in the fall.
