Denmark - Product Take-Back

This report discusses the Danish regulations implementing the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (the "WEEE Directive") and the RoHS Directive. The Danish implementation involves an amendment to the Environmental Protection Act introducing producer responsibility for WEEE, and a Statutory Order on WEEE, which imposes detailed obligations with respect to EEE and WEEE.
