Packaging and LabelingQuestion:I have a few questions regarding the regulation on packaging and labelling in the Czech Republic.
On your webpage on this subject I have read that the Czech Government has made the marking of packaging according to the EU identification system mandatory. However, after being a member of the EU the Czech Government no longer have legal rights to refuse entry of products, which are EU compliant.
Therefore:
Is it correct that it in the Czech Republic is voluntary to mark packaging according to the EU identification system?
Is it correct that it is voluntary to use the Green dot on packaging materials in the Czech Republic?
Is it correct that it is voluntary to mark packaging materials with the “tidyman” symbol in the Czech Republic?
Also could you make the annexes of the Czech law 477/2001 available on you webpage or send the annexes directly to me? (As it is now, only the law as such is available). Answer:
