BatteriesQuestion:For the EU Battery Directive (2006/66/EC), are batteries in spare/replacement parts (e.g. printed circuit assembly) to be counted in the tally for batteries "put on the market"? I would understand them to be subject to collection and treatment at EOL but am unsure about counting them and including their weight in the tally when used as spares. Please advise. Answer:
