USA - California - Restricted Substances Overview

Question:

The EIATRACK Regulatory Alert, dated April 7, 2008, regarding California Air Resources Board's ("CARB") Rulemaking for Composite Wood Products, states that manufacturers of composite wood products have an obligation under the law to provide third party certification that their products comply with the emission standards. Is third party certification information available for suppliers located in China?
