Estonian Ministry Releases Draft Legislation Transposing EuP Directive

Estonia - Design for Environment, Energy Efficiency

The Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has released draft legislation intended to transpose the main elements of the European Union’s EuP Directive. The EuP Directive must be transposed by the member states before 11 August 2007.
