Lithuania - Product Take-Back, Restricted Substances Overview

Lithuania has implemented the WEEE Directive through various legislative acts and has also implemented legislation transposing the RoHS Directive through Order No. V-28 of the Minister of Health dated as of 22 April 2004, amending the Lithuanian Hygienic Norm 36:2002 on Banned and Restricted Substances.
