EPA Announces Cell Phone Recycling Education Program

USA - Federal - Product Take-Back

On Tuesday, January 8, 2008 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a new education program to encourage recycling cell phones and accessories. The year-long campaign entitled "Recycle Your Cell Phone, It’s an Easy Call" will include public service announcements emphasizing the ease and importance of cell phone recycling.
