Poland Publishes Draft Battery Legislation Transposing the EU Battery Directive

The Polish government has published draft legislation to transpose the EU Battery Directive (Directive 2006/66 on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators). The draft is currently being discussed with the various Polish governmental bodies involved in the legislative process.
