Belgium - Design for Environment, Energy Efficiency

Belgium has implemented the EU Directive on energy-using products (EuPs) through the "Law modifying the Law of 21 December 1998 related to product norms to promote production methods and sustainable consumption and the protection of the environment and health" (the "EuP Act"). The law was adopted on 11 May 2007 and entered into force on 11 August 2007.
