Connecticut Amends Take Back Bill

USA - Connecticut - Product Take-Back

On April 30, 2008, Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell signed into law a bill amending portions of the state's electronic recycling act. Most notably, Senate Bill No. 582 (the "Bill") bases state recycling funding obligations for television manufacturers on market share rather than return share.
