USA - Missouri - Energy Efficiency

On May 29th, 2008, the Missouri Legislature sent Senate Bill 1181 to Governor Blunt for signature. The Bill applies only to those categories of products and appliances that have either an Energy Star standard or a federal efficiency standard, and would limit the sale of such appliances and products in the State of Missouri to those that meet state-established minimum energy efficient standards.
