Illinois Enacts Take-Back Legislation

USA - Illinois - Product Take-Back

Illinois has joined the growing number of states with comprehensive electronics take-back legislation with the enactment of the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act (SB 2313) (the “Act”). Governor Blagojevich signed the Act on September 17, 2008.
