UK - Product Take-Back

The UK has transposed the WEEE and the RoHS Directives into national law through (i) the Waste of Electrical and electronic Equipment Regulations 2006, S.I. 2006, No. 3289 (the "WEEE Regulations") and (ii) the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, which is amended form time to time (the “RoHS Regulations”).
