Latvia - Batteries

Latvia has transposed the EU Battery Directive 2006/66 of 6 September 2006 through the following laws "Latvijas vides aizsardzības fonda padomes nolikums" and "Grozījumi Atkritumu apsaimniekošanas likumā. The former law was published on 15 February 2006 and entered into force on 16 February 2006, the latter was published on 2 April 2008 and entered into force on 16 April 2008.
