Finland - Product Take-Back

This report discusses the Finnish regulations implementing the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (the "WEEE Directive"). Finland has transposed the WEEE Directive through Government Decree 852/2004 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (the "WEEE Decree"). The structure of the Finnish implementation is similar to the WEEE Directive's structure.
