Netherlands - Product Take-Back

The Netherlands has implemented the WEEE Directive through the "Regulation management electrical and electronic equipment." The Regulation entered into force on 13 August 2004, but specific provisions entered into force on later dates. In the interest of EU harmonization, the Regulation tracks the WEEE Directive closely.
