Wood Packaging Not Subject to Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products

USA - California - Packaging and Labeling, Restricted Substances Overview

The California Air Resources Board (“ARB”) recently clarified in its published FAQs for implementing the Airborne Toxic Control Measure (“ATCM”) for Composite Wood Products that it will not regulate wood packaging materials as “finished goods” under the regulation (see link to the FAQs below).
