Chile Close to EPR Take-Back Agreement for Cell Phones

Chile - Product Take-Back

Until now, Chile has been slower to embrace EPR standards for the electronics industry than some of its South American neighbors. That appears to be changing. The Minister of the Environment recently announced that the country is close to finalizing a voluntary EPR take-back program with the cell phone industry.
