Latin America Regional Integration of E-Waste Management

Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica - Product Take-Back
Over the past decade, EPR initiatives to manage e-wastes have rapidly spread across Latin America. Historically inspired by European initiatives, the Regional cross-pollination within Latin America itself has also stepped up. A recent international seminar sponsored by the Regional Platform for E-Wastes in Latin America and the Caribbean (Spanish acronym “RELAC”) may add to the momentum of this trend.
