Commission adopts questionnaire for Member State reports under Battery Directive

On 25 November 2009, the European Commission has adopted a Decision of 25 November 2009 establishing a questionnaire for Member States reports on the implementation of Directive 2006/66/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators. The decision was published in the Official Journal of 27 November 2009.
