Luxembourg releases draft WEEE and RoHS implementing legislation

The Luxembourg authorities have released a draft regulation for transposition of the European Union's WEEE and RoHS Directives (the “draft Regulation”).

The summary of the draft Regulation focuses on (i) issues that were left open by the EU legislature or require specific national measures and (ii) provisions that appear to deviate from or supplement the Directive's regime.
