European Commission Withdraws Decision to Amend RoHS Annex on Exemptions

Reportedly, the Commission of the European Communities has withdrawn its Decision to amend the RoHS Annex, which sets forth the exemptions to the RoHS bans (the “Decision”). The Decision had already been adopted by the Technical Adaptation Committee (TAC).
