Introduction
In Luxembourg EU requirements on PCBs and replacements are transposed into National law via Regulation of the Grand Duke of 19.04.1994 (Règlement grand-ducal du 19 avril 1994 portant modification de l’annexe de la loi du 11mars 1981 portant réglementation de la mise sur le marché et de l’emploi de certaines substances et préparations dangereuses).
