Introduction

Argentina does not yet have a take-back or recycling mandate affecting electronics products. Similar legislative proposals are pending in the Province of Buenos Aires. Meanwhile SDSyPA is preparing its own bill on managing non-hazardous wastes that will certainly feature recycling mandates and may include national targets.
