Introduction

In Sweden EU requirements on phthalates are transposed into national law via The Swedish Chemicals Agency’s Chemical Products and Biotechnical Organisms Regulations (1998:8); KIFS 1998:8, last amended by 2007.

Toys and childcare articles: 0.1%
