Introduction

The Ordinance on Industrial Gases regulates the placing onto the market and the use of HFC and PFC as well as SF6 and their use in appliances, equipment, and products. The 2002 Ordinance has been amended by the 2007 Ordinance.

Defined Restrictions:
The Ordinance imposes prohibitions, but provides for exceptions for HFC as cooling substance in certain appliances and equipment.
