Introduction

In the UK EU requirements on PCBs and replacements are transposed into National law via Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 3359 The Environmental Protection (Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls and other Dangerous Substances) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2000.
