Introduction
In Finland EU requirements on nickel are transposed into national law via "Statsrådets förordning om ändring av bilagan till statsrådets beslut om förbud och begränsningar i fråga om produkter som innehåller 'nickel' och dess föreningar (494/2005, 22.06.2005)".
Defined Restrictions:
0.02microgram /cm2/week (migration limit) for items pierced into the human body
0.5 microgram./cm2/week in articles coming into direct and prolonged contact with skin.
