Introduction
In Poland EU requirements on phthalates are transposed into national law via Ordinance Ordinance of 4.07.2006 amending Ordinance of 5 July 2004 on restrictions, prohibitions or conditions of production, marketing and use of dangerous substances and preparations, and products that contain them – Implementation of Dir.76/765/EEC (Rozporzadzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dn. 4 lipca 2006 zmieniajace Rozporzadzenie z dnia 5 lipca 2004 r. w sprawie ograniczen, zakazów lub warunków produkcji, obrotu lub stosowania substancji niebezpiecznych i preparatów niebezpiecznych oraz zawierajacych je produktów).
