In Estonia EU requirements on phthalates are transposed into national law via "Sotsiaalministri 28. veebruari 2005. a määruse nr 36 'Elanikkonnale ja loodusele ohtlike kemikaalide käitlemise piirangud1' muutmine Sotsiaalministri 6. juuli 2006. a määrus nr 47".
